To qualify for a full refund, items must be in their original, uninstalled condition and packaged in the original shipping materials.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

Prepare the Unit

Carefully repackage the range hood in its original box with all internal protective foam, manuals, and mounting hardware to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Product

Affix the provided return label or ship via a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for any signs of installation or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
